Welcome to my blog!
Thanks for stopping by to check it out. I hope you will be encouraged by what you find here.
As the President of Transformational Impact, LLC, I am a leadership consultant, executive coach, and conference speaker. I help businesses, nonprofits, and individuals achieve the impact they want to have.
I am the author of the #1 international bestsellers, Dear Boss: What Your Employees Wish You Knew and Dear Employee: What Your Boss Wishes You Knew.
On my blog, I encourage Christian believers, especially men, to be intentional about their faith and lead purposeful lives that make an impact.
My topics will include how to live an intentional Christian life from a biblical worldview and—through that lens—how to be lead yourself and how to lead others, particularly in a work environment.
I usually post weekly. So that you don’t miss my newest posts, I invite you to subscribe via email.
I enjoy helping people change their thinking, so they can get the results they want at work and in life.
I have worked with myriad organizations and companies conducting strategic planning, providing branding guidance, and giving communications counsel.
As a nonprofit executive, board member, and consultant, I have seen firsthand how a powerful vision can propel an organization forward—and how not having one will hold an organization back.
After serving evangelical ministries and nonprofits for 20 years, I founded Transformational Impact LLC because I realized for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations were stunted in their growth as a result of not availing themselves of the power of vision.
I have been married since 1991 to my best friend, Tamitha. Together we have a happy home in Virginia where we have homeschooled all six of our kids.
I enjoy reading, listening to music, playing outside with my kids, and making breakfast for dinner on Sunday nights.
